A Google user

The new app replaced the old app before it was functional. The producers do not comprehend the only meaningful function of this app is course schedule and classroom locations. Aesthetic design and chat/forums should have been programmed last. The course schedule does not show the entire year of courses and does not reflect the current semester. This should be the easiest feature to use. Most programmers understand these principles, which makes me believe an administrators micro-mgmt ruined it.

I installed this to get access to my virtual one card, turns out all it did was give me a link to a different app to download (My ONEcard). The steps that need to be taken to get basic information found on the ONEcard... which btw looks like a horribly out of aspect image make for a horrible user experience. This app is awful and I intent to delete it once I'm done this review.

It was unnecessary to replace the old eclass app with this, 'eclass portal' just displays the eclass mobile web page, instead of a dedicated app like it used to be. Every other features are mostly pointless and distracting. Just bring the old one back, it was actually convenient to use.

this feature with people posting on the app is annoying. i am constantly getting notifications for things that have nothing to do with me. And the features from the old app are no longer there so what is its purpose?

Can't really do anything on it that I found useful... Still have it on my phone just incase but the only times I noticed it is when I get a million notifications from the chatroom that I haven't checked on once.

It's a nice app, it's just an app to get things right about any question regarding the University of Alberta Canada. Especially for new students like me and also as an international student.
