The new update is alright. But its time-consuming loading is not really well. It takes time and sometimes shows garbage values instead of actual resources. Working on loading speed and pre downloading resources should be a better option. The "other incentives" UI should be more specific. In addition, more work on "Easy finding Bundles" is needed.

The app works fine overall. But there are few technical glitches that need to be resolved. 1st and foremost issue is that it is very slow and sometimes annoying. While refreshing the page, and doing other stuff, it takes a lot of time. 2ndly, while we check for the remaining usage, it is very confusing and doesn't make it clear regarding the days left and the data left. Next, While making own bundle, there are few options available Lastly, the remaining data is not added in the next month.

I'm extremely disappointed with the UPTCL app. The data interface is sluggish and takes too much time to load, making it frustrating to use. In comparison, Telenor's app is much faster and more user-friendly. Moreover, the package selection is limited and not competitive enough. I expect a wider range of options to choose from. UPTCL needs to work on improving the app's performance and expanding its package offerings to match the standards set by other telecom providers like Telenor.

Had the worst experience with this app as will as with the network. The app doesn't respond properly most of the times and it gets silly. Overall the network seems to be a fraud with low internet coverage at most of the places (even in busy urban areas). The subscribed packages stop working even when you have 2-3 GBs left which becomes very annoying when one is in need of it.

I downloaded this application just half an hour ago to subscribe to a hybrid package. the offers on this application were mind blowing, and at discounted rates. I hesitated for a while before subscribing because the deals were too good to be true. Still I took a chance and voila, the deal was real. Undoubtedly a money-saver choice. Love this application. should be called U-saver or U-rule.

This app is not providing proper details about the data. For example, I have a new SIM offer that includes 2GB of flat data, 1GB for Facebook, and 1GB for WhatsApp. However, the app is only showing the total data in numbers. When I tap on the data section, it does not show the specific apps for which the data is allocated.

keep crashing on login or even as guest at very start. previous version worked better Edit: crash issue was fixed by them in 1 week after reported. There's another issue, ublock xosts 2/day but in app it says 0/day. I have been using it for months/years and was wondering where my balance is going
