Can't rotate to landscape, app always crashes. Thought it was my phone and went as far as to reset it but it's not since it works on the browser on the very same phone. Please fix as it's annoying. Edit:now seeing a prompt for an update that isn't in the playstore. Removed and reinstalled but get the same thing. If it wasn't for the other channels it would get 1 star

This is a good app. There's a delay in feed compared to regular TV feed whether it be radio waves frequency or cable. I can live with the delay. I tried using it on a Chromebook and in full screen mode the video is extremely small which more than likely is because it was designed for regular Android OS and not Chrome OS. As it is right now they would have to release a version that is compatible with Chromebooks and not just smartphones and tablets. I hope they do consider it as a future release.

Since this year I am not able to log into this app. What is happening? I clicked "forget password" and each time I do that I don't see any email in my inbox or spam. I want to watch the Olympics and this app is of no use right now.

Can't watch anything in landscape view, the moment I turn the screen or press the full screen icon during playback, the app reloads to the home screen.

Why is it that every now and then, I have to change my password in this app? It keeps on telling me that my email or password is incorrect. Honestly, that in itself is annoying.

Too many glitches. The video streaming is terrible. The audio plays in the background but the video just freezes. You have to tap the screen many times to have the streaming keep up with the audio. What's up with all the advertising? Before the app was updated, I could click on whichever live feed and it would just stream. Now you have to wait for the advertising to end before watching as if you're on YouTube. Why do you need advertising for videos on demand? The whole upgrade is a mess.

Horrible system and even worse customer service. I signed up for a one week subscription to watch champs in 2023. Months passed, and I noticed they kept charging me. I reached out to CS, and they said it "automatically" renewed even though I haven't used their service and uninstalled the app from my phone. And even though the renewal was automatic and not authorized, they cannot refund them because it's outside their "refund window."

I tried resetting my password, and they said it was in my email, and It wasn't. Now, I can't log in to cancel my subscription. Wish I could have given it zero stars!!!
