It doesn't work. Regardless of the server I select, it shows that I'm connected. When I start browsing any site I receive a message that there is no internet. In some other times the app freezes on the start screen, I then have to use another VPN to make unlocator app starts. Then I disable the other VPN and retry to work with the app but again, no internet. I need a refund.

When I first started using this app, it was great. Then around June time it just wouldn't seem to connect or if it did, it would then drop out. After frequent email correspondence, (which has been very prompt and consistant) I have been advised that they have found some users are experiencing issues on some devices that they are unable to replicate and test in their offices. They are looking into these issues, and will let me know when they are resolved.

Works too well? I followed the configuration instructions on Unlocator's site. Works great, but I only need to use it occasionally. Instead the app keeps opening itself and connecting when I don't want it (Android Auto will not connect with a VPN running). This behavior is annoying. I have the toggle turned off in the app but it doesn't care.

The service is really great the vpn and dns are both fast, but this app doesn't include the dns you have to go to the website to check it or update your ip. The vpn doesn't last and it would randomly disconnect and you have to connect again and the app keep signing me off which is so annoying. For a paid service this should be better

All these wonderful instructions about smart DNS are not so smart or I am not smart enough to use the app.. Anyway not impressed and decided to cancel my subscription as it is a waste of time and money. That is now a huge challenge on its own as the instructions given to do this simply don't work and the cancel ❌ does not exist or is never found(Conveniently no doubt).. Gonna have to cancel my credit card to get out of this fix.

I wanted to try Unlocator VPN for 1 month to see how it works out so I followed the instructions on the website for VPN service, after signing up and paying $6.99 I got an email stating "Your current subscription does not include VPN access. You can upgrade to a VPN subscription at any time from the account home." It seems as though they directed me to pay for DNS service....who needs DNS service. I am just glad that I didn't sign up for an entire year. This is a total waste of time and money.

It used to work perfectly but haven't been unable to login for months. The only way I can login is by activating a VPN service from another app....which rather defeats the purpose of this app. It would be helpful if a manual IP address could be used to whitelist your home IP address since without the ability to login or update your IP address automatically through the shortcut link this app is useless. Please fix and provide the functionality suggested.

This rating is purely for the vpn side of things.. I have used many different vpns before and this one is one of the worst I'm afraid.. Its very slow ping jumps to very high numbers so if you are looking to stream this option is not good.. At least for me... With that being said THE UNLOCATOR SMART DNS is defenitely worth trying! Fantastic service that unlocks a number of decent services.. At the moment there are problems with Kayo sports but hopefully this will be resolved soon...
