Please add an option for people who don't need to use this on a regular basis! Why isn't there an option to purchase per document? I have a document that I need way more than 20 pictures for a lease. I do not need a subscription!!!! REPLY to U SCOPE: WAAAAAY too late. I already paid a months worth of your stinky subscription fee and canceled it in order to get my PDF. That is one thing you got going for you. I scoured every app in google play, and there is nothing comparable to yours even with the editing bugs. (It doesn't save my edits sometimes, and other times, won't let me edit certain pictures at all!)

As a professional insurance adjuster for 27 years I can say this app has a ton of potential. However, the interface is a hot mess and is not user friendly at all. It is a complete jumble of excess that needs serious streamlining and at a bare minimum a how-to section on how to use this thing. I will not go into detail because that's basically free information on how to better a paid-for service. Glad they had the free trial, cost me nothing. Keep trying guys, it's real close.

All looks great, but all the photos do not stay in the order I take them in. I can't wait until this is fixed as I will be full out amped at an app like this. Please fix and quick!!! I can't wait to give you 5 stars! Now it appears as though the photos will stay in the correct order in the PDF preview on the device I used to take the photos, but as soon as I export the PDF via email to myself they get all jumbled up when I retrieve the PDF to save on my computer. Additionally whenever I click to export either the images or the PDF report to Dropbox it does nothing.

I must say that this app has truly exceeded my initial expectations. I have utilized this app for my inspection team solely for the past few weeks for a "self-imposed" trial basis. Since we have implemented the use of Photo ID, our overall office productivity efficiency has skyrocketed. The ease of use has been superb. The tech administrators seem to be rather accommadating in the way that tThay have answered each team inquiry in a timely manner with adequate support. The software updates seem to keep improving the overall functions. Keep up the great work guys! Thanks again!

like the app, having issues as was allowing me to generate zip of pics but not working anymore. some assignments outlined with blue? others green? not sure but can't zip anything anymore. if thats fixed i will change to 5 stars. thanks. Update still love app but its not working for my Samsung Note 10 plus so until fixed cant use it . Hopefully they update with it working for these phones soon. The developer has been great in assisting.

Best app ever. This app has saved me thousands of hours. When I first got the app I found it a little bit clumsy and difficult to find my way around. It is actually very simple once you figure it out. I have been using this app since 2017. Back when it was a free app. I have tried other photo apps for the insurance industry and nothing compares. At this point, I wouldn't even bother trying anything else because this works so well I can't imagine there being anything better.

The app itself has a lot of neat features & works well most of the time. Several of the bugs and quirks I originally experienced have been fixed, but there is still some room for improvement with report formatting.

Hands down the best app and web app for managing my team's photos to share detailed photo reports with our clients before even leaving the jobsite. We looked at many alternatives, however, I can't stress enough how this platform is lights ahead of other platforms in terms of creating custom inspection workflows and labeling photos super fast! The support is also amazing and the platform has saved my team so much time and gained us more business as a result.
