I'm trying to sign up for the trainer/inbox scan and whenever I try to confirm it just sits there with a loading wheel and does nothing. optimioptimization should be a priority when it comes to making a schedule for people if the app is the only way to do it. tried to contact support and it took them a day and a half to resolve a simple issue that shouldn't be a problem.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst app, I cannot stand having to open it everyday because it's either having you update or glitching. I've updated this damn app 4 times in the last week and too many times to count in the last year. It's so frustrating I have to even use this to scan into the gym.

The app is awful and keeps getting worse. With the latest update, you can't access the sign in barcode unless you let it do a scan of your face first, and the process is super buggy. Also, the personal training interface is super buggy. A lot of the time, it just won't show up in the menu, so you have to close and reopen. It also tries to keep your exercise history, but it constantly shows the wrong data. This might legitimately be the most broken app I've ever used.

When it works, then it works well. But it freezes up or won't open way way too often. Super annoying. Please fix your app or your system or whatever you need to do!!! I changed my vote from 3 to 2 stars since it works less often than it does. I'm tired of having to uninstall and reinstall it. And then it still won't work. And I've tried turning my phone off to reset it and tried that but the app still won't work.

Edit- They updated the app and now not even the barcode works. Besides the barcode to sign in to the gym, this app works for literally zero of its functions. It doesn't show you your upcoming appointments (if you use any of those features at the gym), you can't update your payment method, it doesn't show you how many times you've gone to the gym or any other thing that it's supposed to do.

Horrible app!! Planet Fitness app is 100 times better. Every time I click on the Guests tab it closes the app, freezes, or makes me resign in. Hasn't worked for weeks. I cannot get guests into the gym because of this terrible app. Guests are the reason for paying for the more expensive pass. Why does everything need to go through the app??! I've tried reinstalling and fixes nothing. App is up to date. This makes my Vasa experience miserable and contemplating going back to Planet Fitness. UGH!!!

Awful! This app just keeps getting worse. I want to update my photo, it won't let me. I'm told it needs permission for my camera, which it anyway has. Then I try to upgrade my membership to add guest privileges, but it won't let me. This is junk, nothing works on the app. Wish you'd just bring back the bar code cards. It's the only thing we use this app for anyways.

App frequently crashes or doesn't load my membership barcode to scan which is insanely annoying. Also, the badges that won't turn off drive me crazy with how they pop up and get in the way when you're just trying to scan into the gym. ALSO why isn't the barcode just on the dang default home page? Why do I have to click a button to get to the barcode? That is the only reason I use this terrible app in the first place so make it the first thing to display when the app is launched.
