I usually don't post reviews, but I thought this might help your struggles with this app. Only safe way to pay is with a credit card. Linking to bank account for recurring payment isn't safe. I've seen personally someone cancel reoccurring payment in app/web just for it to reset back, and to come out of bank. Just inconvenience yourself and pay on the first. I opened today, and app was blank white. Only way I've found to correct this as one had mentioned. Is to uninstall the app and reinstall it

The app is useless and the company who owns it is even more useless. I have Cobra benefits right now through wax and Meritain services it for Aetna. I've had Cobra in place since June. There are so many problems with this app and with WEX that I can't even go into the details. It's best to go to the Web version versus using this app. It's useless.

Cobra is a decent company for insurance you had with prior companies. They'll send you a bill with how much you can pay to keep the insurance for a set amount of months or just per month if you enjoyed the insurance you had but I'm giving it 4 stars because the pricing is outrageous.

This app is virtually useless. It has no access to the information you actually need to view. There is also no way to switch straight to the website from the app so you can access the information you're looking for. There is no help or support inside the app and that is extremely frustrating when you only have so long to take care of the paperwork and verification required by them.

Convenience fee?? Excuse me- this is an online world, this is an app. Why are you charging a $20 convenience fee for paying online? Would you like me to mail you a check which someone has to open, process, etc? This is insult to injury. I'm already paying an exorbitant amount of money for insurance and I have no other option for enrolling in COBRA (if I do have a different option, please let me know so I can bail on Wex immediately and be rid of this extortion fee).

I'm new to this app and having so much trouble logging in, navigating through it, not receiving an email link to reset my password. Totally useless app so far! Get your IT dept. to trouble shoot this mess of a method for online use.

Every time I try to use the app, it crashes. So I have to uninstall and install again to make it work again. A pain in the rear. You would think that by paying as much as we are paying for insurance, they would have an app that works.
