My company uses this. When everything goes according to plan, the app is serviceable but offers no real benefit over just going through airline/hotel/car rental websites but when things go wrong it's an onerous middleman. Maybe the accounting team sees value in this but as a business traveler it adds nothing of value. getting receipts and finding email communication from travel for expense reports is difficult. The feedback from coworkers have been universally negative

App fails to send set password email. Can't login. Finding how to get tech support is a nightmare. Definitely zero confidence trusting my business travel to this. Avoid. Update - tech support has been useless, 5 days and still unable to finish creating an account. Melon needs some serious QA help.

Prices are often higher than I can find elsewhere and inconsistent profile to profile. Support is unhelpful. Overall bad experience and I regret that our company continues to still use them. I can only assume the 5 star reviews are bots, paid for the company, or people that work for melon.

The app's interface and journey is smooth and exceptional! Booking travel is already a stressful and complicated task, thats why companies have people and services to do it for them, so i would hate having to figure things out when using a service. Melon is great like that, there's clearer instructions, a simpler process and instant gratification every time I have to make a booking for my business travel.

My experience was terrible. The app was displaying flight updates for flights that were no longer booked (Appears to not update if you change flights after booking). The app also continuously crashed whenever I tried to open the itinerary details. Possibly a fluke, but app seems to not work as intended. I will work with Melon in a web browser instead.

very poor interface for trip details. can only see first leg of trip. second leg shows up but details of first leg are the only ones that show. also, no alerts on flight information. my flight was continuously delayed but nothing ever showed up on the app.

Spectacular fail! I checked the reviews and thought: "No! It can't be THAT bad!" Ho-lee-c**p!!! No matter how many times I reset my password (through aspp and PC), and how many times I installed and reinstalled the app, I was not able to log in ONCE!!! AMAZING! Honestly... I was thinking of giving it 5 stars just because you need to be incredibly brilliant to create such a dumpster fire and STILL GET IT ON THE APP STORE!!!

Booked a flight and hotel through Melon for work travel on PC. I figured I'd download the app for easy access hole traveling. But App won't let me login via email and keeps redirecting me to try a demo - rendering it useless. I ended up having to log on via browser.
