No customer support at all, you have to email them without any hope or automated confirmation email. Currently facing name related issue from Yatra which they have automatically changed and tomorrow is my flight. I don't know what to do. ☹️ Edited after getting rating response from yatra:- I have submitted the form and informed the issue in brief. No immediate response from yatra, at all.

I tried making payment on the Credit Card offer by applying a promo code, and for more than 2 minutes, the Gateway Page didn't open, neither I received any OTP, so I canceled the payment, and when I retried on the same promo code, it said, you have used up the maximum limit. They don't even know what using up means. The app is bad. My trips sections never opens up. Now I can see why the app rating has been low

Worst travel app, laggy, bugs, takes forever to load the payment page(and you'll have to keep waiting for it or else the coupon won't be valid anymore), no trip details on the app (would redirect to website), if I'll need to check website for trip details then why should I keep this app and decrease my phone's space. I used to recommend yatra to my friends and family, nit anymore. Uninstalling

The worst experience in my life. I booked a hotel at velankanni and they said the booking is not available. Meanwhile, when I tried contacting yatra, i got to find out that they have no working phone numbers available. I have filed a case ay the consumer court for thos injustice. Please dont use this app. They will give you a discount on the app, but the truth is that there is no hotel room booked by your name. You have no way to contact them either.

This app is so slow when you are looking for your booking details be it rescheduling or cancellation. It let's you make the booking fast but when it comes after booking experience, it is pathetic. Going to stop using it.

This app is still living in 2006. Basic functions don't work. If you, by mistake, use this app to book your travel, you'll be doomed because it saves ur travel history someplace else. And just when u want to access the history, it'll say you've been logged out. This app is best avoided.

Worst app used ever. Booked a bus and it was cancelled by bus operator. More than a week, still refund is not yet credited. No customer care number in the application itself. if bus got cancelled, status should show cancelled, but it is still showing completed. What kind operations yatra is doing. Moreover what you will do better in prime membership then. App is against the user and has to be take action as many of the users worried about payment/refund/support issues. Need help to get refund 😥

The app is 3rd class and uses cheap marketing gimmicks. Shows prices on calander which not at all matches with their list of flights they show. If there was any lower rating then would have definitely opted for it.
