It has been working well. They recently updated their servers or something and the scheduling was completely messed up. Hopefully they can fix that and get back to working normally.

Very, very, buggy. When I try to look at the details of a visit, I get a pop-up error message that can't be cleared; the message gets stuck on the screen and forces you to close out of the app. I want to emphasize that my bad review is for the app and the website itself on an Android device. Zoomcare itself, as a healthcare provider, is awesome. I love Zoomcare, and I love their customer service, their staff, and the medical professionals who work for them.

Theory is sound, app is junk. (Review of APP not CLINIC) I have a Pixel 3, and it just shuts down 90% of the time I try to open it. I love ZoomCare clinics, but this app holds them back. I can't finish what I need to do using the app even in the rare case it stays open. Have uninstalled, restarted phone, reinstalled more times than I can count. OVER IT!!!

Horrible app. O ly downloaded because website wasn't working. Same issues here, but worse. Doesn't load, crashes all the time, impossible to navigate due to loading issues. Doesn't take user input when selecting responses. Tried to make an appointment on this when I really needed care but I couldn't. The lack of quality of this app has persisted for months. Every time I make an appointment it seems to get worse. Horrible, horrible app and website.

In the past four months I've attempted to schedule appointments for myself in this app that never actually made it onto the Zoomcare schedule despite the app confirming my appointment. I've driven to appointments that generated in my Google calendar despite never existing on the providers schedule. Help team says this is a known issue, no info about a fix.

I really enjoy this service. Obviously i cant speak for everybodys experience but mine was amazing. The app itself is well made and functional. I enjoy how minimal it is for a medical app. Your not gonna get lost navigating pages with huge blocks of text. All and all ive been using zoomcare and this app for about a year and its been well worth it.

I'm not trying to be dramatic, but this app is garbage, my dudes. In the last week I have reset my password four or five times. At this point it just doesn't even let me into my account on the app itself. Booking online and no wait time is great, but the app works so horribly I don't know if it's actually any more convenient. Please for the love of God fix your garbage app

It is literally (not figuratively) impossible to log in, register, or reset the password and all functions require being logged in. That inherently makes the app impossible to access and use, so therefore I gotta give zero stars. Lg v60 running the latest android 11 software.
