Easy and intuitive interface that provides easy access to all necessary information for participating in the All India and State counselling process. One drawback is that their helpline contact team needs more manpower, as connecting them by call requires much patience

Excellent app and very user friendly interface. The counselling videos, allotment mapping, rank scan, closing ranks with filters , my choice list features of Zynerd have been of immense help during neet pg counselling 2024.

Not a very good experience with the app and as a counsellor. The app's user interface is very poor. Also they don't have updated info on stipends/beds in hospital.

This is the worst app ever . They don't even respond . I emailed them twice . They don't even care to respond . I wanted to delete my account since my job was done with the counselling. They don't even want to reply back . What is wrong with these people? And it even logs you out if you don't use to for few days. Like what the heck ?

Utter nonsense app. Very costly. Paid 4200 rs including tax. Nothing special and specific you can get from it. Counselling whatsapp groups are better than this. Not at all user friendly. No much information regarding college connectivity, probable seats u can get etc. This stuff is not worth for even 500rupees. Please don't waste your money in it.

An amazing app with an amazing mentor, used it last year for neet pg counselling, got all my queries answered and the filter system helped me lot to get necessary info about closing ranks. Thanks a lot for this amazing service.

I've installed the app but then it's not even opening at all and the counseling dates are out as well!!!!!

This app is pretty useful when it comes to counselling. Information is given very systematically. I also appreciate the fact that the team quickly responded to my email and contacted me when I had an issue with the app and made sure to resolve it. Thank you.
