A very bright, clean shop. Very simple . Small menu, which has items changing every week to bring in new delicious flavors/ideas. Every time I eat their treats, they are all I can think of for days after. The cookies come in 2 sizes, mini and regular, I assume. Mini are sized to resemble what a normal cookie from anywhere would be; "regular" is pretty huge; almost a small plate size . The cookies are always baked to perfection; soft, and slightly chewy. Can't go wrong here, EVER!

The app locked during the payment process (hung on "processing",) so I left the app, had to restart my order and unknowingly, it changed my order location to a location over 30 minutes away. I'm sure the application chose the nearest location by distance, but it's never reset location from my chosen one before. I've opened the application numerous times and it never changed locations, so users beware and verify where you're ordering from.

I love Crumbl and get it often, and this app is very useful and simple to use. The only complaint I have is that you cannot check how much money you have on gift cards on the app, you have to check in person. It would be a lot more helpful and easier to be able to check on the app. Other than that this app is great and I would encourage people to get it if you go to Crumbl often, especially because you get points for every order, so you can get free items/food overtime. This app is awful. I ordered and the app said the time was taken. So I tried other times and tried the "Try again" button which hung. Nothing went through. Yet I find out that Crumbl charges my card 7 times, yet no orders went through to the store (I checked with them). The developers should change the logic to place the order at the store. Then charge the card. If the card is bad, automatically cancel the order with the store. Bad business logic.

This is app is beyond glitchy. Struggle to do anything in it or view anything. If it send a notification to my phone and I try to click on it to see in app the app will just show loading screen and never go anywhere. Seems worthless to have the app when I can drive to store and place order in person faster than trying to use this.

The app works ok, but seems to prioritize getting the promotional video at the top loaded before letting users do things. That can be annoying if you open the app, already knowing what your want to do, but have to wait for the stupid promotional video. Otherwise it is fine.

Overall, good experience with the app, easy to order with plenty of pics to help you along the way. The only downside is the gift card experience. Unlike other apps, you cannot add a gift card to your balance as a credit (or at least is not easy to find as a function). The only place to use a gift card is at checkout, which means you have to retain the physical gift card until you actually order. Not sure why they chose to do it this way as all common payment platforms accommodate this.

Fantastic product. I'd give it 5 stars if the location search was better. I travel to another state frequently and put in the city, and the state it only brings up 1 location out of 4 or more. Also, if you could see store opening info. The one opening near me was delayed around 2 weeks, traveled 40 minutes out of my way only to find they weren't open yet.
