Update : So your reply basically calls me a liar on the experience of the lack of drivers (2) and the number of cancellations (2) for 40 mins and then to add the cherry on top rates your own UX as amazing. I've use Bolt, Uber, Gett so there is a comparison for you and this is nowhere near. As for the UX its Single digit drivers who just constantly cancel anyway make this app next to useless. Add the above to the messed up UX and it's a trifecta of dont bother.

This app has gone downhill since the last time I was in Cyprus. I tried using the app to book a taxi more than 10 times in two days. Only 2 times was I successful, 20% success rate. The 80% of the times no driver accepted the ride so we were forced to ask the hotel to book us one. Incredibly dissapointing and unreliable.

Absolutely useless app. Pre-Booked a taxi for a 6am flight and you get notifications of a driver assigned (app even changed the drivers details a few hours before the booking, so there seems to be more than 1 driver available on the app) but then no one shows up. It's good that you have tons of local taxi companies to pick you up when you need it. Don't bother to install it

I think we can't really rely on Cabcy. Not yet. Availability of drivers is not spectacular so you can't really rely on them if you have a meeting and have time contraints. The driver can cancel at the last second. Or they can refuse the trips that are close-by because they do not make a lot out of it. I made an order this morning and the driver showed up one hour before so I had to cancel. Moreover the taxi I took refused the payment by card as I had chosen on the application. Still chaos.

So you place an order, the guy shows up with 2 other cabs, one of them pull out his phone, and the order somehow gets canceled at the exact same moment. The price with the app was estimated 5 EUR. Now one of them say: the only option left in front of you is 10 EUR fixed price, without meter. Genius. It's a scam. Post developer response edit: you clearly did not read my review. I never mentioned an app thing. The misuse by the cab is the issue here.

Fast and efficient customer support, the issue i had with the app was fixed extremely fast 👏. Moved from 1 to 4 and now 5 stars! The app works fine if you give it some seconds to actualize on your location, then it's pretty much like any other good VTC app over the world including the efficient customer support 👍🏼 You can anticipate your orders as waiting time is sometimes more than the regular 3/5min. Price showed are correct and match the final price.

The main problem with cabcy is that you can never rely on the service it's offering to be provided. I mean, you will probably manage to get a cab every once in a while, but you can't count on it. That's a huge problem, and it's the main reason I keep using call-in taxis every time I must get somewhere on time, like to the airport or to a meeting. The chances are that 7 out of 10 times you won't get a driver, and obviously, nobody will take responsibility for this.

Absolute useless app, booked taxi 2 times, 1st time no one showed up and got the "canceled" notification an hour later, 2nd time i got a notification about a driver Kostas who has been assigned, and no one showed up again. Do not install this app, cause it is not working, or the drivers just don't care. Either way, higly recommend to avoid this app.
