Why does tarif change takes 4 days to complete? Is it intentional that the network operator wants to double charge ? I had a Basic Tariff ending on 12 November. An hour before the end, I chose a new tariff plan. According to my previous experience, such a change came into effect in less than an hour. Yesterday, after the change request, I received an SMS saying that the new tariff plan would take effect on 15 Nov, while the current Basic tariff was renewed and charged. This is double charging!

Cannot use the strong password that I tend to use because password length is limited to 16 characters max. Therefore, I forget that short password all the time (now the third time) and have to reset it. Annoying

This app is overloaded with lib-functions. I don't know why it isn't possible to code a slim app for such a simple purpose. Even if there is no webside for setting up contract details; you are forced to use this app. It is only suitable for powerful mobile phones.

This prepaid line will force you to hear a bot message every single time you make a call that "reminds you" to put money into your account. They conviniently sell the 10€ credits for plan that are worth 8€, and since the account balance is now under 2€ you will be forever forced to listen to these messages. Doesn't matter if the plan has limitless calls and sms like mine. Better off buying another prepaid company 100%.

Dont loose your time to buy a sim card on market.... Takes a lot of time to try to active a mobile number... and in the end you should go to register.... Why dont write down when you sell it prepaid sim card not registered.... and the steps that should be taken to activate it.... Guys if you are in Germani better if you go directly to the store of each company to purchase a sim card then loosing time with prepaid market cards and useless app tools.

The loading service basically doesn't work, so the only option is buying a card and using the CashCode. The rest of the app is okay though.
