The app was perfect before the latest update... now it's AI Slop. Before, the inclusion of AI helped students request practice questions or explainations. However, now it's the main and basically only component of the app. Communicating with other peers is much more difficult and notes aren't as readily accessible. This app has fallen from it's grace.

I love this app, I used to use it 24/7 for help on my homework and it would be right at least 90% of the time! But recently, they've added an update where if you aren't paying for premium, you only get about 2 tickets per day... I get that they want to make money, but they should at least give us more tickets, or give an option to watch an ad for more.

I loved this app for my classes last year. unfortunately, some new update was added that is absolutely terrible. I can't find the search bar, and every tab is constantly trying for you to purchase premium. this app has became completely useless, as I do not care about adding my school or doing silly practice problems about who knows what part of the course. I'm really disappointed I've lost such a good resource and I wish they would just go back to their old format.

Personally love this app, however I am fully against the new update. Before we could communicate and share knows with multiple people and now we are limited to only people "invited" to a class. The notes made by others was also great to have as it provided multiple angles of a a subject compared to the current method of studying which is set in stone to a limited amount of info: it's not bad but it could help build up on notes from other students if the nites feature was readded.

The new update is ok. I like the game part, but now there is no option to view Knows from other people? I like being able to look at notes created by other students to better my understanding instead of doing a quiz-like game. The game is pretty fun and useful, but please add a tab to look at Knows. I would prefer to have both the game and Knows. Also, chats are disabled now, probably because of people being weird. Another thing is it won't let me add my school. I try and it just sits on load.

In past years I really appreciated this app. It was useful and gave me access to notes and PDF forms that I could reference. However, the recent update sucks. It's hard to navigate and you don't get to customize it as much as it should be. It was a bad decision on their part.

I used to love this app so much, but this new update is horrible. Sometimes I would use this for help studying and when I needed help with homework. But now you have to get these stupid ticket things to scan your work, and I can no longer find the ai wich was the best part about it. The way the app works now is they make you awnser theese weird questions to study. Even off the questions have nothing to do with what your doing in school. It's impossible to that! That's why I liked the ai to study
