Can't even login, especially without google chrome (need to paste a link in another browser, but then app login doesn't work). Also my phone number was already taken and there was no way of reclaiming it, or recover the account linked to it. Finally the dsb plus program is quite alarming privacy-wise, forcing you to consent to targeted marketing. I just needed a way to get discounts when traveling often, not a whole package of marketing trash.

Would love to use this app, but it is unusable for buying tickets . The whole booking process works fine - bat the payment page it says "there is an error, please try later". Customer support says they aim to respond in 28 days. The dsb website also dies on the payment page. I've taken to buying paper tickets or using rejseplan app which works perfectly, but has no seat booking facility. Previously there was a oauth issue solved by changing default browser, but I have yet to find a workaround.

The app is recently having a lot of glitches. The most annoying one of them is that it does not open the mobile pay app at the begining, but a website, which after putting my number does not work, and after another try, it opens the app. Yes, I still experience it, it happened again today.

I bought a 30 day ticket 5 days ago but now it has disappeared from the app! And there is no app update available! Update: I had to go home & log in to DSB on my PC, as I don't remember my passwords! It turns out that the app had logged me out so I couldn't see my ticket! Luckily I managed to get home without a fine, lucky for DSB as I would NOT have paid it..! Sort It Out!!! UPDATE: 11 September 2024 - It has just logged me out AGAIN so now I have to go home to get the password! Fix it!!!

I use this app for the check-in feature, and it works well - except it wants to check me out automatically, like all the time, even right after checking in at a new station it will immediately try to check me out. Perhaps it's because my commute is long-ish with several changes, but whatever the cause, it's really annoying hence the 3 stars.

Am I going crazy or this app has literally zero indication of which train and bus (in case of railway repairs) to take? The ticket barely shows any information. The only clue I can rely on is the time departure of the train and destination (which can be confusing if train is switching) other than that I don't see a schedule of train or bus switching. Can't there be a simple diagram like: Take IC3 > Bus19 > IC9 ? At least you could ease up the train switching nightmare you have.

Piece of ****. Connection issues when at a metro station, asks for bluetooth but doesnt seem to be using it. Dont rely on this as your only means of checking in / buying tickets.

Hello, dsb app developers, are you alive? The app is not. Could it be an idea to send a notification to existing users that there's an issue with the app, so we don't re-install it to fix the other bugs?
