App keeps crashing,I tried to accept a ride but could not and it's affects my driver's score and acceptance rate ,incorrect navigation,I wasn't experiencing all these in the previous app, started noticing it when I updated my app.a rider would put a wrong pickup location that is very different from what is on the map,when asked to cancel would at the end affect my driver's score

Worst taxi app ever. Was good but now, it's annoying. Needs to be made more driver friendly. It's very distracting. You have to use a third party app like Waze or Google maps to navigate, which can be time consuming in busy periods. Always asks you to confirm pricing method before going online and after every trip, why can't it just keep my settings. Please fix these issues.

The latest update of the Bolt app is unfair to drivers. It no longer pays for the extra distance or waiting time. For example, if you pick up a passenger for a 10-minute trip, and the fare is ₦2,500, but the passenger adds more stops, making the trip last 1 hour, the fare should go up. However, when you end the trip, the app still shows ₦2,500 without considering the extra time or distance. This is making drivers lose money.

Its a great opportunity to be a Bolt Driver. But some issues neeed to be reconsidered. The issue of waiting is very annoying, some passengers will keep you for long. Also the issue of location is very vital, some passengers will order from a location which is not the exact place they are in which the Driver has to take extra miles, fuel, data, time & credit for communicating to the right place and most of them lack manners...

Dear Bolt Team, I encountered an issue with the latest app version. After driving for 4-5 hours, I went offline for 4.5 hours. However, when I resumed driving, the app logged me out, stating I had exceeded the 12-hour driving limit, counting offline time as active driving. This error affected my schedule and caused financial losses due to unnecessary breaks. I hope this issue will be addressed soon. Thank you for your attention.

This App is easy to access with a little amount of data and the security system is exceptional. It's a source of connecting one with people of different diversity. It's also a business company of it's own that employ people and pay them huge amount. It also helps one to study the geographical zone of your environment, for example, the major cities, hotel and recreational centers in your city. A decent app with room for improvement. The navigation system needs some work, no voice prompts makes it easy to miss turns, if you do miss a turn it takes a while to find an alternative route. When passengers place their order they should specify how many they are because we get to them and 4 people hop-in in a sedan leading to quarrels. The price the passenger is to pay should be displayed before the trip ends.

This app has potential but has serious issues. Drivers need to choose between cash or card trips for safety. Rider verification, such as requiring a 13-digit ID and photo, should be mandatory. Riders from unsafe areas should get notifications that waiting time will be charged. Additionally, an option to adjust when more passengers arrive than requested is necessary, so drivers aren’t forced to cancel and lose points. Please prioritize driver safety and these improvements
