I like the desktop web interface. It's really useful. What the hell is this app even for??? You literally cannot do anything! You can't add anything in any category. 90% of the web interface options are also not available. So what is this, some kind of viewer? Like others have said, you need to fire whoever designed and approved this app.

Only good for finding parts locations in inventory without going to the computer. Can't pull up closed work orders, even from just the night before, unless they're assigned to you specifically. Unable to look up necessary information/past repairs while on a job which should be the entire purpose of this app. This was designed be somebody that has no experience working in or with a maintenance field. If you want it on your phone, just open in your web browser if that's an option for you.

Very limited compared to the desktop browser version. You can not see images on parts and you can not add images to parts. Adding images via the app would make it more efficient when setting up / migrating to Fiix. Please add the image to the part details tab with the ability to enlarge on screen ad the ability to take a photo and add it to the part.

This app should be able to do so much more. I know you can complete task but you cannot enter time for a task which affects reports for those that close, complete their task on the app. Also, you should be able to access all history work orders and not just the last 50 records. It has potential to be great but requires fresh ideas from the ones that use it on industrial daily task.

Sync is hit or miss. I'm still setting up our system and more times than not I can't find new assets in the app. Also, uploading photos from the fiix app doesn't work. Edit: The sync is still slow. It eventually syncs new assets, work orders, and photos, but it takes a while. Our internet is slow out here. I think it's not properly syncing until I go home.

Wow, it is amazing how badly they ruined this app. The old version was easy to use, gave you all the info needed to see the job description, person who requested it, and they're contact info. Now, there is no info, and the work orders just disappear without warning. For an app that was supposed to improve life for the field tech, they failed miserably. Whoever authorized this update should be fired immediately. Complete failure of a previously functional app.

Does not have the ability to upload multiple pics at one time.its frustrating to sit and upload pics one by one especially when it's over 20 pics.!!! That's crazy !!! Fix that issue please. Also why can't I take pics and upload them even when I am not getting internet? I was so shocked when I started taking out work pics only to realize that the pics never saved and just vanished into thin air on checking back!! Had to do my work all over again!!!! (With internet)Fixxxx please....

Crashes every time I try to do a parts search. Can not display photos that were linked to work orders when they were created, so I have to go to an actual computer to get all the information I need. There's plenty I find redundant or irritating about Fiix. Would not recommend
