Downloaded, installed. Tried to buy credits-not possible at all, every time, after the purchasing process starts, it reverses to the beginning of filling up payment information. Tried free call, not possible as well- "free trial ended".

I have downloaded the app and bought 10€ on the 4th april I put my card info and it was working fine. Untill today I saw another 10€ was taken out of my account I did not purchase anything Please let me know asap on how I can fix this problem Thanks
