Someone used my professional phone number tied to my credit card and registered it as his details in the app. Last night I again received notification from my bank app that someone is enjoying his meals while I'm trying to get in touch with the support to remove my phone from COSMOTE ID (used on site contact form to no avail). So the app is not using any background check and no 2F verification, therefore gives ground for performing fraud and by extension theft. You guys need to do something.

Before downloading the app I remember people telling me that BOX was an app that had good deals that helped people, that have a difficulty affording take-out(I am a student). Now,I have learnt that their "point system" is a scam because your can't choose how many points to spent in an order and your order must be 4€ for you to get a discount of 1€.So what's the point of playing this "point game" if your discounts are so low and why try to get points when you can't spent them the way you want?

Before I would have recommended box to other because of some coupons here and there. Now, the delivery fees are increasing slowly to the point that we will have to pay the delivery and gas and as for the coupons, they are increasing the minimum order to gain more money based on each order. It's only about the money( to a ridiculous point now)

The worst experience from scratch! The first time I used it there was great delays and the customer service was absent. I will go back to the traditional apps that at least work.

I downloaded this app due to the overflowing amount of coupons I have from my cell service provider. One of the things I first noticed was that it was quite difficult to find how to use said coupons. A tutorial is needed. The next one was how it doesn't mention the ingredients on the products, like potential allergens, etc. For people with common allergies, this might be dangerous and most probably annoying. BIG NONO There's more, but there's a limit of 500 words, so this is as far as I can go.

My previous review was 3 stars. This app has existed more than 3 years, but still unpolished. Cancelled order after 30 minutes, gifting 2000 points. This may sound like a lot, but it's a measly 1,1 euros. Not worth it when the food is delayed at a time when most restaurants are closing and deny orders.. A food-ordering app must be reliable and not leave you hungry in the night. I will order by phone next time, box is not worth the delivery fee or a cut from the restaurant.

Not user friendly app at all. To redeem coupons and points is very tricky be careful as it supports only card purchases leading you to pay the full amount and as such loosing the offers. Technical support team have zero credibility requiring screenshots of problems and when presenting ones they don't take accountability. Customer support was very friendly (it's unfortunate they work for such a company). Not unusual for a Cosmote subsidiary.

Cosmote must realize that the food delivery business is a whole different game. When I call and ask for support and I am just being told that you can leave your review after your order, frankly I'm not going to order ever again. This is not telecommunications, you need to provide proper support. The app itself has bad UI, especially the new feature with the live tracking is terrible. Slow response times, inaccurate messages, and even seeing other delivery drivers who deliver different orders.
