After the new update interface became bad compared to before. 1-The book again feature from "your rides" section has been removed. 2-App do not show fare details anymore. 3-They don't show the names of the drivers in "my rides" section after they cancel ride. 4-After zooming in the map it automatically zooms out. 5-Also the map full screen feature should be implemented. Please improvise these things and this will be the best cab app 🙏🙏🙏

It's a good alternative to Uber. Just one request. I I can book cabs from an outstation location. I live outside Kolkata and try to book for my parents frequently. But the app doesn't let me. Other apps like InDrive allows this.

The cab service needs a lot and a lot of updation. Clear instructions and guidance is not provided while booking also it is impossible to take a ride without any problem. More about the problem the driver asked me to cancel the booking and took extra money infront of the help centre, after the ride giving unreasonable excuses and an explicit attitude. Unacceptable behaviour. If it was not important I would never have taken the ride. Need a better management system for sure!!!!!!!!!

Terrible. The app as well as the drivers. They don't know how to operate the app. Pathetic experience whenever I tried to book a cab. Recently a driver cancelled the trip because the fare was less. What am I suppose to do if the fair is less compared to other cab apps

While booking the car the pickup location shows correct, but after confirming the pickup location it shows 20 to 50 meters away original location. It's very messy, misunderstanding with the driver. Passengers are subjected to harassment. This needs to be looked into.

excellent app...fast booking. I will request you to add the feature of booking a ride for someone else, do that ride can be booked and shared with contacts. Also pls add the feature of adding multiple stops, it is very much essential of someone has to go to multiple stops.

Excellent service. Had used it for two times and have got minimum waiting. First time booking experience was outstanding as driver immediately picked up request and arrived on time. A little training is needed for some taxi drivers as they have some difficulties in using the GPS system. Otherwise app and experience are really helpful

Many drivers are hesitant to accept and to arrive, they say people cancel rides. I believe as they take time people cancel. My first ride experience was poor! The driver demanded extra money on a very clear cut destination. The authority needs to check on such issues and control.
