App development is ok, but this seems more of a forced marketing for capitastar point system. If this was genuinely used for better access to the building, we'd have a thin and light app with pure authentication functionalities and not be bloated app with deals and events promotion that we are forced to see. 0/10 tactfulness

Updated my app last week. Using samsung galaxy s20 fe. I use the QR code function for entry into office. The app forces the screen brightness to go up when the app is running, making me unable to scan the QR code. Previously I could adjust the brightness and its the less bright screen that works. Please fix this problem if not I cannot go to the office!

Don't like the idea of downloading this app just to access the building. Even more frustrating is that face recognition could not be set up even with repeated tries.

So we need to be tenants to request a fix-it? That's not helpful if visitors wants to report a faulty toilet or lift or just a poorly maintained Capital facility..

dumb app. keep reinitiating sms authentication login!!!! I am not sure for what purpose. super frustrating. sms code can't even copy and paste. frustratingly poor UX

Too bright for the sensor but locks the brightness when app is open. For security purposes shouldn't my phone be scanning your qr code instead of the other way around?
