Wanted to give zero star but Google has to give min 1-star. Zero customer service response esp. during the 1st week of the month when the new month started. Apps have technical issues last week and not resolved yet, they still post standard notifications when not everyone can book the pass! Sent feedback, called hotline, all no respond. Dunno why they still dont respond to commuters during 1st week when there are so many issues esp. after their apps have technical issue.

Useless application, Keep on cancelling the company transportation service at the last few hours which put person's in trouble to find own transport. To be honest this app not worth to give even one star unfortunately we don't have choice. Please improve the service level and don't first confirmed the transport service, at the end no transport service available.

I got this app with Accenture and it is awful. They don't tell you if your ride is cancelled. You will not know if you have a ride until 15 minutes before... late for work if it is cancelled. It defaults to the map every time it is opened. It is a just horrible.

Update should be force non working hour or after working hours only. Exatly its asking to update before boarding in the bus. Without update unable to use app. Unable to show bording pass to driver. How you expect all are having good internet connection while in outside or in traveling.

I'm using Google pixel phone 8 PRO. However, this app can not be opened. I have restarted and reinstalled many times. Please fix this bug quickly, I have arranged for transportation with my company. Thank you!!

I booked a ride from this app and already got confirmed right after the cut off. But I have not received an SMS to settle my payments and suddenly got cancelled a few minutrs before departure. Waste of time

Nonsensical algorithm! It never follows the logical approach to transport from the nearest to the furthest. E.g. I live closest from my town to the airport, yet the system will pick me up earliest and then take me for a tour of my town WESTWARD - away from the direction of the airport - and then turn around to somewhere close to where I live before heading there. Or when sending home, it fails to drop me off at my location being nearest from the airport, instead taking me far away first.

Its good to see how technology has improved our lives.. but the backend service of SWAT is really terrible. Requesting for taxi claims take ages and just feel like giving up on them!
