Dear Jio team, As you announced during your AGM about the 100GB drive data, I am writing to express my concern. Until today, there has been no update regarding the activation of the 100GB data plan, and I am still only able to use 5GB. I am eagerly waiting for this upgrade and would appreciate it if you could provide more information on when this will be available. Thank you.

In the preview it is showing 15gb of free cloud storage but actually it is showing only 5 gb. Also need to have option to select folder that automatically backup at present it is uploading all files which is useless and space confining. No option to stop uploading. It is uploading each and every file in the phone.

Recently I downloaded this app again and when I tried to login back it asked me to add email to keep account safe but after writing email and clicking on generate OTP it keeps on showing error and I am unable to login back. And can't access my files. Worst App!!! Don't download this app unless you want to lose access to your files

Hey, I’m really impressed with your app! The developers have done a great job. The user interface is fantastic, but I need more storage. My project files can be up to 10 GB, and the 5 GB cloud storage limit isn’t sufficient for me. If you could increase the storage, I’d definitely start using the app! Thanks for creating such a user-friendly experience! I’ll give you one more star when you add more storage. 😊

The app doesn't work for OnePlus. Got stuck at " permissions" page after signing in for first time. The page expects to approve access for photos and videos but I don't see any pop-up or button . Deleted the app.

This app is very useful for keeping backup of the photos, videos, audio and files. Best thing about this app is, it is having sufficient space for free and can be more by referring to other. This app also creates awesome album and manage photos and videos in systematic and efficient way.

Thank you for replying. but there is significant difference i could see when I put both images side by side gallery & jio cloude . There is no option to attach screen shot i would have shown you memory difference & image also loose quality .

Substandard. Nothing to compete with Google drive or Microsoft onedrive even Mega cloud. Used back in 2015 & thought it was underdeveloped but its still same in 2025. I use gcloud app (not Google drive, do search it) to backup & restore call logs, messages, call history but yr app only allows for contacts which Google contacts does easily. Plus no WhatsApp backup. Any reasons to use this as compared to others? Plus no end-to-end encryption, no security audit. 5 GB 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡. Not recommended.
