Great features and simplicity at a fraction of the cost. This remote desktop app is the bomb! I was able to install and connect to another system in about 5 minutes. Getscreen.me is so much easier to use than some of the other remote desktop products. App can load onto Windows, Mac, Linux and even mobile through Google Play. The Agent on an Android device allows you to remote into and manage the mobile. The Chrome extension is very convenient and integrates with Zendesk as well as other help/support apps. Branding is available and hopefully there will be more with the addition of CNAME; will be nice too, but not a deal breaker. I ran a continuous session for over 2 hours without a drop and did a reboot and picked-up a new session with the same PC. It has everything I need to do remote work and transfer files. This has replaced TeamViewer for my company's remote desktop support solution.

I was hesitant to pull the trigger on purchasing Getscreen.me because I thought I did not need the application. If you have family members that rely on you to fix their computer, you have to purchase this. Instead of providing a walk through over the phone or recording my screen and having them follow along, it is easier to have them launch the program to give me access. Easy peasy. Here are features that I like: Access: Log in to your account and have permanent access to hundreds (depending on the plan you’re paying for) of devices all at your fingertips. This is a serious win. I can hop onto any computer that has a browser or use an app on my phone to gain instant access to all these devices. Access by invite: You can easily share a link for the users to give you access. This does not count toward your permanent access list. File sharing: The ability to share files is seamless. I can repair corrupt files by a simple drag and drop. Price: Low cost solution per device. No matter what plan you select, this is comparable to its competition but comes with more features and convenience. Screen recording: I can record a repair job and share the recording with all the other admins easily. This saves me the step of using another program to make the recording and uploading. Android app: There are two different types of applications for Android. One is a server, which is for your client. The other gives you access to the server. These are well thought out programs. Here are features that are on the road map that I am looking forward for its implementation: • iOS support. • Improve image quality • Improve speeds • Sound is only available for WebRTC connections for now. They plan to add sound for WebSocket connections as well • Multi-monitor support Here are some cons: Slight lag. How slight? I would not use it for playing any first person shooters. Otherwise, for technical repairs or for access to files, this is a non-issue. Android app: There are times when I have difficulty swiping the screen, remotely, from my desktop. The UI needs some work to make the process appear smoother.

I've messed around on this for a little bit today and it is working really well. You can setup a permanent link, so whenever the app is running you can connect. The user can also send you a connection link from the app. I imagine leaving the app running would reduce battery life but I haven't tested this. After I am finished with the app, I always select exit to fully close the connection. All in al it worked really well 👍👍👍

I was skeptical about this product when I saw it but thought why not give it a go, they have a few features that appealed to me that I hadnt seen before: 1) Browser based - No having to download any software. 2) Telegram integration - Issuing quick support reguests takes about 10 seconds and I can join from the Telegram app. 3) Branding - Ill admit I haven't looked very far regarding this feature but I really like it, I'll be completely sold when they introduce CNAME capabilities. 4) Beautiful interface - I can't help it but I always judge a book by its cover, I was very pleased to see the awesome UX/UI this service offers. 5) Teams - It is unbelievably easy to add new team members to this system, click, type done! 6) Recording - This is the best system I have tested regarding this feature, it just works! Click the button, there is no lag when starting a recording and you can access the recording via the History section and delete them just as easy. 7) Embed option - I really like the embed option so I can place the join module on my website. If you are unsure they offer a 15 day refund policy so what have you got to lose in testing this awesome service! Cheers, Shane

The simple fastest and efficient way of remote support. The best thing is that it you can invite other participants to the session ( permanently and temporarily as well ). The collaboration depends upon how you want it to be. The remote toolsets like session recording in the cloud which is accessible anytime you want to review and download is a must have for compliance.

Easy to use remote access software. Worked great when we needed help to change some configuration in our POS system from an IT Support. Whenever we need it support in Desktop computer and Android device, we use Getscreen.me. Simple but effective tool. I recommend it. 👍

Loving the app so far! Is it possible to use the phone in landscape mode? If not, it would be good to have the feature to make better use of the screen orientation on landscape monitors.
