Wallet - Now you can easily save your ticket offline in the Wallet and always have it quickly to hand.

I used to love it, but since I moved to android the app is not functioning.. in eezy it keeps processing without selecting the entry stop, and manual selection button is not acessible ( does not work). I even deleted and installed again without success.

Do not get a Deutschland ticket through here, if you get it after the 10th of the month you will automatically get enrolled into the next month even if you cancel before the next month starts. You cannot get it for one month unless you sign up and cancel before the 10th or if you sign up with a card that only has 1 month worth of subscription on it. App is fine but subscription model ruins it

Hi team, With recent update Close button is not functioning properly. We have to click multiple times in order to close the app. It's issue with OnePlus as well as on Samsung mobile. Still I'll rate 5 stars as it's very convenient and useful app.

Can't add a payment method to the app, making it completely useless! Tried multiple times to add a card but nothing happens. Edit: issue with provider, same problem on a couple of other sites. No error message, just a useless blank screen. Also a problem switching between apps, which is needed for payment verification - returning to app the screen is always blank. Still not going to email your support team, you should be doing that. What's the point of asking for feedback?

Unfortunately there's no better alternative. This app is (slightly) better than its predecessor, but that is not saying much. The two main issues I have: the journey planner / Abfahrtsmonitor information provided is not accurate, sometimes by a few minutes, other times the tram just does not come. Also the data usage is ridiculously high, today I checked twice the departure time of my bus and it swallowed 1.2GB data (in roaming).

The "Delete Account" button has no warning or real description of what it does. After buying a ticket, my uncle tried to cancel the subscription but tapped on the wrong thing. The account was deleted from the phone and the tickets were lost after logging in again. A call to support got the account reactivated and the ticket back, but there should be better protection against this accident. 5 stars for the support though!

The app just about does what it's supposed to but is not user friendly. It has a tendency to log users out at random intervals but offers no possibility for storing the login data (that means you have to enter everything manually every time). There is also no possibility for transferring tickets to other users' mobile devices (e.g. one's own children).

Good, but check-in stopped working. It just keeps on with the "checking-in" screen. I see in the other comments that I am not the only one with this problem. I am able to buy other kind of tickets(so not a problem with the payment method, unless it has to do with the pre-authorization of 15 Euros for the check-in functionality), but the check-in functionality(which was really useful) just stopped working. Maybe makes sense to check if it has to do with that 15 euro authorization before booking?
