Will raise your blood pressure! This app is super clunky. Setup was full of crashes, confusion, and bad UI. Forget to open the app before taking measurements and it won't sync. Worse, the app complains if the readings from the blood pressure monitor were taken in the "future." This can happen because the clock drifts. Once, it deleted a valid time from the device because of that.

As an engineer, I find this app embarrassing. They made their own BP meter hardware, with a common BLE radio module, wrote their own app. So, they control both sides of the interface - no excuse for how miserable this is. The app sees the meter, and sometimes the app says to clear the memory in the meter (which I did), and even as both devices show BLE chatter, the meter just shows an error and app doesn't update. Just make a basic app that all it does is reliably BLE and log and I'm good

Frustrating at the least... brand new device won't connect. It says there's a future syncing conflict with the data... everything is correct. I tried too many times. Even tried reinstalling everything and resetting the device. I'm beyond frustrated. uninstalling the app and going to return the device to Costco.

when it automatically saves data to my phone it's very convenient, unfortunately all to often the app failed to connect and save the data. then after about 1 month the app failed to launch and I lost all of my data. App failed to load at a Dr visit. Doctor could not review my BP history. Very disappointing.

App won't pair with machine no matter how many times you try from the very beginning. Junk.

Worst web support I've seen.. Have ML cuff model BPGY1-2N. Downloaded their app on 4-18-2025. I created a profile but, they won't auto-link with both blinking the BT icon. My phone tells me I have to use the app but, the app doesn't have any procedure to link. My phone 'sees' the BP monitor and adds it to list of linked devices however after taking many readings and trying different menus I still can't log any readings. The ML 'cloud' doesn't have my readings either after choosing 'save'.

App sucks! It was a big waste of time trying to sync with the app. Don't waste your time trying.

app has stopped responding today ( it doesn't open). it worked fine yesterday and before that.
