I downloaded this app, but straight away I was met with a system that was unusable without subscription. I subscribed for 1 month, just to give it a go. It cost £40! There are lots of dormant accounts. The only messages I got were from guys who I would never be interested in, on other apps I get messages from guys I find attractive so it's definitely app specific. I tried a number of times to cancel the subscription, but when you try to follow the instructions to do this on the app you can't.

I paid a subscription but I don't know if my messages are being received also in my emails I have someone who wants to chat but do not know if I have to purchase something else. I have cancelled my subscription so it doesn't renew. I thought that ourtime would have been easy to use. Plus all I get are viewed and no messages. I've had scammers on here. You should really make sure people scan there pics. I don't like this sight it's expensive too.

Don't subscribe unless you want to be constantly frustrated whilst trying to unsubscribe. Sent on a wild goose chase, and still haven't got a viable option to cancel. There is no option on the site, even though it states that there is. Bogus site. If I could give minus stars, I would. Update: 14/10; still unable to end subscription. An absolute joke. How, exactly, am I meant to do it on here, without the option to do so,as directed? I'm screenshotting all of this, both here and on your site.

Very expensive £39.99 for one month. Absolutely no free messages. If I subscribe does the other person need to subscribe to reply to the message I have sent.... This site could dominate the market but it won't because of greed and a lack of vision.

Not been able to log in for 2 days,saying app unavailable,,deleted and re installed as advised,still the same,site saying unavailable. Won't continue with subscription unless sorted,disappointing.

Only 2 days and fed up. I have heard you can't cancel your subscription unless you own a computer say if I forget my password I won't be able to log in if I knew it was automatically renewed I wouldn't of bothered. Very poor show team. And they bombard your email address constantly she liked you, ok fair enough, but people who just view your profile, what the hell I've gad so many views but only 2 matches and they asked me for my Email address so feel pretty down,I wont be renewing my subscripti

Have been using this app for 3 weeks. Generally it is good, but it could be better. For example: 1) When viewing those who have liked you, an indication of message status would be useful I.e. none, who last messaged. 2) An indication of when a profile was created or last unsuspended. 3) When searching, in addition to the filters it should be possible to sort the results, by distance, created/last unsuspended, name. The app would be then be ☆☆☆☆☆

First time ever on a dating site. Seems to work well. However why does this site, which is part of Match charge £24:95 a month and standard Match is £9:99? I feel they are charging extra just to say it's for older people.
