Good app for booking an auto or cab at a low price. But it is difficult to find a ride sometimes, or it takes a long time for booking. Metro ticket booking is good, and they offer cash back sometimes.

Fake app no cab was available and app shows the cab and waited for more than 40 minutes and cabs location changes frequently but it did not reches the meeting point no driver response, just waste of time on such useless app.

Horrible experience. Got fooled by the initial price while booking. It showed me 1600 for my trip when started, so I booked it since ola was showing 1800. But after reaching my place, the fair changed to 2060. 400rs more. Never seen such a drastic change in the price in any of the apps. Used it for the first time, and that would be the last as well. Should have gone for ola, atleast I could have saved 200rs. Don't fall for the fake reviews in play store

Kochi metro tickets don't work for me, can't confirm UPI payment. Also, I can't uncheck the "book return" checkmark, so the app is always trying to buy 2 tickets at once. Scheduling regular drivers works fine, however I always double checked with one competitor that consistently charges lower rates, most noticeable on long distance transfers. For example for Ernakulam downtown to the airport I'm getting 700-800 Rs quoted, while others give me around 500.

Fare wise very good than other apps and would suggest if you've plenty of time left to travel. Won't suggest if you're in hurry as the location issues mentioned in other reviews still persist I think. Give try for sure and be ready to get cancelled by drivers who are very unprofessional. Will update this review by time and more experience👍🏻 Update : App's crashing at certain points, would be good if that's solved.

Worst experience ever! This app is 3rd class... The auto driver accepts your request then roams around and doesn't come to your spot... I tried calling them and they never pick up their phone... The Help and Support of this app is useless. Worst service ever, Everyone please uninstall this useless app. 👎🏼

started out as a good concept thought this app have low fare . but while camparing with rapido . rapido has low fare when ever i comapred with rapido i saw the difference from 25 rs to 53 rs under 9 km ride . and base fare will be some amount and final fare will be another amount. better going with rapido only . comparatively rapido have low fare in our city
