Your app is as garbage as your collection 🙄 charge near 20 per month and continue to fail both on app and collections. I'm wondering what we even pay for anymore, btw thanks for the forced rental of rollcarts we have been asking for since the 90s

Reporting concerns super Easy on the App. However when street sign / Road jobs closed by city not always completely fixed. Yes you can report any concerns but City should email why they closed the concern without fixing the problem! Why communicate to City if they choose to close item without fixing or fixing properly and not responding to person that made initial report(s). 9/7/23#2130CST

Most everybody knows what day their trash day is, but that's not why i have this app installed. What makes this app really helpful is the notifications when trash pickup is delayed or re-arranged due to weather, or reminding me of when the household hazardohs waste dropoff days are. its just a nice reminder!

Love how you can set up the app to send you reminders... Up to 24 hrs bef your areas pick up!!! ESPEC love that it tells you garbage AND ♻️ recycling pick up weeks... Now they thru only do ♻️ every other week!!! (There's plenty of other great info 👍.. through the app ... But the app reminders thru the cell ...are my fav!👍💝)

Love the COMO Recycle /Trash App now with the notification i receive each week prior to our scheduled pick up i never have to guess when that is to occur. Of course I've gone into the app & found when i needed to know earlier. Thank You for setting this up for your Customer!

May I suggest that, when your JavaScript alert activates asking if the user is enjoying your app, that you, instead of auto-navigating the user to their app provider to leave a solicited review, create a second JS alert that fires after the first, asking said user whether or not they'd care to leave a review? Yes, I did click "yes", but did not consent to bring redirected. This is a solicited review.

Like the weekly reminders as well as notifications on delays or changes to the schedule. You can check what is recyclable, what they will pick up when, it's very handy to have.
