The former app was quite complicated, that's why a lot of people don't use it,this is now more complicated. It's possible you lose a lot of customers. I understand you are trying to merge food with regular deliveries but why not stick with what works for you? My advice is that you guys look into the *map suggestion* section. There are similar addresses in lagos,with the former app,one can use the map to do a proper check but with this,there will be a lot of issues. I hope you guys are prepared?

Good delivery service within Lagos, however 1) you need to allow pickup have it's own number too, not the default number set, at times one may want to order on behalf of another person and there is no phone number option. 2) the gokada map is not adequate, a lot of times some location will not show up and we can't input it manually, I have to choose the closest location

The app is no longer opening. I ordered for a dispatch. Finally gotten one . I can't even open the app to retrieve the code to give the dispatch . What is going on. Keeps telling me to send a bug report

It takes long for orders to be assigned. The location won't come up. The apps works very well for sometime, but most time it won't work at all, the experience of this app is one of the worst.

How do I give less than 1 🌟. I definitely don't know if it's the app that isn't working or is it the company and its services. Booking a ride seems more difficult than life itself .I requested for a rider for almost 5 hours n didn't get any. But I've been seeing their bike running. Gokada zero

Horrible app. The app is unreliable. 2 hours, I can't confirm a simple order so they can pick the document.

This app is as much as useless, they kept me on verify number for a whole week and when they will finally send a code they sent it after the timer as elapsed. I ask for calling but they didn't call very rubbish call customer service
