Useful app but scanning documents has become very buggy, can now only take a photo of one page, trying to take a second causes the camera input to freeze on a Pixel 5, it is possible to return to the form and try again but same results each time. Previous layout in the old app was also much better, and you could see previous years.

The app is genuinely good! Sometimes it is a little bit hard to find a specific function or document, but it offers everything I need: Easy submission of documents, an overview of my insurance costs and returns, as well as an AI assistant to check symptoms which has actually saved me visits to the doctor.

Fast, pretty comprehensive, accurate and easy to use. Should be possible to make changes with contracts, conditions or users directly in the app, with an easy-to-fill request form. I wanted to have my son complementary insurance moved to his GM account and apparently is not possible in the app, I need to send a letter where I don't know what to write, and is annoying.

A bit complicated. Continuous error messages, but then it seems to work anyway. If I had just stopped at the first fatal looking error message I would not have been able to send my docs, nor rate this app! You need to get rid of those disturbing and incorrect error messages. In addition it comes up ever time I download a pdf, asking me to log in. I had no other choice than to uninstall, which wasn't easy as it doesn't even appear in the list of installed apps! This is what happens when you try to do too much. I really enjoyed how simple and clean the app was before the redesign. Yes it wasn't the most comfortable to use and lacked some features but it was clear. Now, it is a prime example of what you shouldn't do in terms of accessibility, the icons are unecessarily detailed and gimmicky, the fonts are not appropriate... A headache to use, and yet I'm a digital native.

The app' is good. It happens some scanned documents, with their photo scanner, are strangely not accepted, and you need to repeat the process a certain number of times, which is quite annoying. Other than that it works quite well, and is a bit faster then when you try to call the hotline.

Sending invoices was tedious. The app took minutes seemed hanging) and seversl attempts to finally submit invoices. now that it is done, I get no record of this action and cannot follow up on my invoices until hopefully GM sends reimbursement. otherwise good UX and ease of use. Needs improving to the to scan and document sending function to eliminate endless processing problem.

I was able to scan two receipt but then, the scanning feature stopped working. The app freezes and the led flash stays on even when I kill the app. I run Google Pixel 4a 5G. _____ Thank you for the answer, I provided 1 more star for the answer. However, the group mutel app that's freezing is not related to ambient light.
