My experience with Atlas has been great so far (using PC), and then I try it on my phone because I wanted to try and work while I'm out of the house and can only bring my phone. I installed the app and after I logged in, the app automatically crashes. I've tried re-installing or restarting my phone but nothing changes. So far, I have no problems with my experience on pc but a major one on my phone (I'm on Android). Please fix this, thanks.

So far, the AI is great, and it is very straightforward in terms of uploading content. But the consistent app freazes every time I exit a class, which forces me to close and then reopen the app. Update: The new update totally made the app unusable. Going into certain courses( paediatrics in PT for me) makes the app full crash everytime

It's a great app but I can only tap once and then it's just frozen. I have to restart the app everytime I try to do something else on it. For example; I choose studying and then I want to change and do writing , doesn't work? Restart. Please update this issue thanks. My device im currently using is Samsung Galaxy S23 [platform: Android]

Created a space before uploading resources then deleted and uploaded resources to help with information. Now I get an error everytime I try and open a new space. Created a new class in app, uploaded resources still the same error. Not able to do anything, right now it's useless. App says there's an update but nothing install it jsut restarts and carrys on saying there's an update under settings.

The app has lots of potential, but the app has a crazy bug, once I do anything on the app, like enter the settings menu and I tap the back button, the app just freezes and won't respond to any screen touches not even to scroll, it's until I close and open the app again that it would work again

This app is really amazing on how it helps to summarize and test you on the different texts you upload. The only problem I have and why I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the app freezes often and can be annoying sometimes. It would be great if you fix this issue

I logged in easily and the UI was really simple and easy. I uploaded a file which got uploaded and it was good till I had a specific pdf which got uploaded but the app takes enormous time to study and still studying the pdf and the enter button didn't come as the file is being studied. My internet connection is good. And the file type and quality is perfect. Its 12 mb file. Another website named notebookLM has the upload and study feature, this specific file can be uploaded there and use.

It is bad, I mean, first of all the start was good, but on the 2nd step on the tutorial, I can't watch it or do the 3rd step, while I'm. Figuring how it works, I found an folder thing which can be used for what kind of topic you're doing about, and I created a new chat, it started great at the start but when I uploaded some pictures, I can't upload since it needs to do the settings part, even though it got it's own permission, plus, the space is small, my phone can barely look at the answers.
