I hate leaving negative feedback, but there are a couple of problems with the app. First, when I click sign in/sign up, my only option is to sign up, not sign in, but I already made an account, so I just want to sign in. Second issue is that when I place an order, it tells me to let bojangles know when I arrive, but I don't see any kind of button on the app to do that, so I either have to go inside or call to let them know, which pretty much defeats the purpose of using an app.

Cheerwine is not an option for drink even though it is probably one of the most common choices in NC. Location is turned on and app does not show it as an option. selecting meal and picking drink/side is also extremely bugged as the first two orders I placed it default back to tea and Bo rounds, I started looking more carefully at checkout to confirm my selection were applied and they don't, sometimes it takes 20 tries and restarting app multiple times before it will accept you selections.

IDK why the reviews of this app are so good. There isn't an app settings menu. It's buggy and constantly hits loading screens for some reason. There's not an option to submit feedback for the app, so I'm posting this here. When selecting a location, there isn't a way to only see a list of the available locations, so, you're stuck with half a screen that scrolls through 1 visible location at a time and the upper half is a map that auto zooms to like a 50 foot radius. 2022)This app use to work, now it's garbage. It requires you to make certain selections on your order, but gives you no options to select from. Or, you make the selections and it doesn't register and you get an error. 2024)This app is still trash. Because of all of the stupid animated pictures, the app is slow as hell. It took me several minutes just to delete something from my cart because the app kept freezing. So much for being user friendly. Fire whoever designed this disgrace.

Had a large order. (12 biscuits and 6 tea). Place order on app before I left home to give them a 10-minute advance. Would not allow changes to items. Still waited over 30 minutes when we got to the restaurant. App would not allow me to check arrived at the restaurant even though I was in undesignated curbside pickup spot. Then they asked if I had a Dash order which I did not. That caused more confusion. The app is a complete waste of time. Staff was nice and food hot only good thing.

No way to pay on the app, or redeem offers. App is incomplete. Please complete apps before releasing thank you. UPDATE 6/7/24. If you're going to act like I don't have an account when I do, maybe include a submit button on the screen to resend my information. UPDATE 9/18/24 still no continue or submit button. And "please provide the make for your order" means nothing.

The app is very hard to use, the offers section of the app does not automatically remove offers that are no longer available, so if you are trying to apply an offer you actually have to pay attention to whether or not the offer is expired. This is not paper coupons, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to automatically remove offers that are not available, or expired.

The app itself is okay. It has definitely improved from the previous version, but it still doesn't provide the full menu to order from (ex. Grilled Chicken combo but no sandwich by itself). Also, even though I have one selected (and even deselected it and selected it again), it asks me to pick my favorite store when I first open the app EVERY SINGLE TIME.
