i guess if you're provider is reliable the application works correctly. but unfortunately in cyprus freewaves solutions. just don't respond to emails or texts. when i contacted satel directly. they told me to contact Freewaves. hence the one star review. also i was sent an invoice for already payed service's, that where not even complete or reflected the initial offer.

More than half the time I get a message that the device is not connected to the Internet. Useless app for remote connection. You can only use keypad to activate and deactivate the alarm. Internet connection COMPLETELY unreliable

Can't connect with perfecta device. It keeps telling me that all the time. My phone has connected only one time with this device. You have to do something with that if you want to keep your customers.

Toy Alarm. Freezing all the time. App freezing as well. Alarm goes off without a reason. This App wont send you any notifications when your house gets robbed! Avoid!!!

Broken as hell. App is slow 70% time it does not even connect to central. Keep away of it. Setup sms backup if needed.

From such app I would expect to receive push notifications with ability to choose type of events I'm interested in. Otherwise app is pretty good.

An aux. application to your alarm system. This app should not be the main tool or rely on the push notifications. Calls and sms alerts from the control are irreplaceable. Otherwise, its a handy and reliable tool, to view the zones and arming the alarm remotely.
