Extremely buggy. Crashes often. Difficult to navigate. Painful to select options as not responsive. Update Nov 2024: still have not managed once to recharge Ooredoo. App fails 100% of the time. I have never seen this in any other app. Could not reduce rating to no star at all.

All ooredo service is good, but they failed in developing a useful app for the customers. Since a year, the application has not been working for me properly, and it won't allow me to log in. only once in a bluemoon. I am able to access the services. The customer care team knows 2 default answers reinstall the app and update the OS i did both and still the staus same.

When I open the app it is showing commonly how much data balance left but I have day and night pack it's not showing separately. In the app it is showing restricted when I click it directly go to the recharge page and even when I click any options like local and international minutes option or data balance a directly take me to the recharge page. Even I am not able to check when my back going to expire. Then what is the purpose of this app.

Extremely Useless App, most of the time not working or under maintenance. Customer care are useless as well. Not able to solve any issues even after 48 hours. Marketing team offer something to to sell something and accepting same, you will be frauded.

Very bad performance. Atleast 3 to 4 times have to reopen to appear login fingerprint prompt. I dont know why this app taking too long to tell whats wrong with the startup.stuck with stinky ugly loading panel. Useless app. Better to use website.

I still insist...this app us Extremely lame and outdated mobile application coming from a big "mobile" network provider. The app is from the Stone age! The screen the layout the interaction. Hire someone to build better modern app for Gods sake. You are only good at sucking money from customers for retarded services!!!

Very bad service and app..Can't even pay my own bill from the account...and their customer service , extremely poor, zero understanding of the actual problem, despite me explaining multiple times....
