The app is practically unusable. Every time I log in, it redirects me to the website to make a booking — which can only be done via a map that constantly jumps around. There's no option to filter for available cars only, so I end up clicking on random parking spots, hoping one will have a car. Most of the time, they don’t, and I have to find my location on the map and reapply all the filters again. Overall, it’s a very frustrating and inefficient experience. I wanted to book a car but couldn't

I'm standing at a Kinto share car waiting for the reservation to start because it doesn't have the ability to book at the current time. You have to just book 10 or 15 mins in the future and wait until you can get in. The app itself is terrible - like switching you from AM to PM "automatically" when you don't want it and many other issues.

Overall good experience; Good prices, good cars, clear instructions and communications, helpful and friendly customer service as well. The UX in the app is subpar though, especially for booking cars. The time picker is the most annoying! Also, some info, such as customer service contact info during the ride, and prices during the booking process, should be more easily accessible from the app. You shouldn't have to switch between the mobile app and web app this often

Decided to give this app another try one year later. When trying to login on the app it redirects on their swedish website. Useless and time consuming. Will keep using the competing services. It is almost impossible to use it in Denmark. One gets redirects to the Swedish website, the integration between the website and the app is non-existent. Waste of time. I thought to give it a try, but with the time spent on trying to make an account, I could have just taken the bus. Thanks, but no thanks.

Buggy app. Sometimes doesn't even start and I have to uninstall amd reinstall. Have to book cars at least 20 minutes in advance. Volvo On Demand was a much, much better experience!

Service itself is good! Decent price, decent availability, decent deals re topping up fuel etc. But the app... The app is very glitchy. When it's not flickering trying to settle on an internal state, sometimes you're off the coast of Africa, sometimes your booking doesn't show and app needs restarting. Sometimes the car is where it was an hour ago. I hate the time picker UI. Every aspect of the app needs double checking it actually remembers what you told it. Can't imagine the code

KINTO Mobility has a lot to improve to be a real competitor. The user experience is not smooth at the moment. The KINTO service is riddled with quirks and flaws and behind the best of the competition. I've had to search a 8-floor parking garage for the car, annoying checkboxes that pops up every time I start the car, no map-service, and customer support only through a webform with no phone-number provided.

I booked a car for an hour, the app was glitching, so I had to restart it a few times. It's impossible to enter wrong times in the app, they are very thorough you confirm the time at the pick up and drop off, so I remember what I chose. Still, halfway into my rental I got a message that my rent was overdue. They charged me for two hours instead although I used the car for 45 min. Something went wrong at the booking stage but they won't help or even try to understand. Very poor! Scam
