The app does work when connecting directly to the server but when connecting through a proxy that is using srv record routing it does not work. Edit: Found that if you leave the port field blank it will connect but if you fill in the port field with even the default port number it doesn't connect. Edit2: then everything looks to be working as intended and the app works great!

Hey! 3 hours after stopping and closing the app, the microphone was working in the active mode. I noticed it in the notifications on the main screen of the smartphone. I turned it off manually, and Samsung indicated it was being used by the app. The battery was half drained. Not ok.

Great! It just works, and provides almost everything Mumble has. But there is a bad bug that I hope will be addressed — there is a "Headset" option in the settings which I have turned off but it still turns my screen off based on my proximity sensor while I am connected. This is fine until you try to play a game while talking in the background as your finger constantly gets in front of the sensor because of landscape orientation or until the sensor mechanically breaks so you'd have to restart.

Mumla is a critical piece of our production intercom solution at church. We run Mumla on older Android phones alongside a tally light app for our camera operators. It supports most of the modern Mumble features including a whisper-like feature to talk 1-on-1.

Ok after going through multiple documents and bug reports, I was capable to finally get my 2 goals for the server to be performed. I dinged 1 star for the poor documentation for the application. This needs to be added / updated. So now I am able to perform what I require for the environment.

Good job making Android client for connecting over murmur. User experience will vary depending on the server's setup, its location (ping timing) and the voice configuration of the mumla client. It's not perfect, but it works, just like AOS and the rest 😁

App is really good, but it seems to have a problem where it crashes when it loses network connection. I have to restart the app to make it reconnect to server. It makes roaming difficult when travelling.

Overall good app but there is some issues: 1. impossible on/off microphone by pressing BT headset button. 2. If you mute mic and turn off sound then by pressing "sound on" button mic also will be enabled
