App worked perfectly fine a my Samsung A13 but crashes at the main screen on my Samsung S25. Please fix this bug. I have 300 hotel rooms that needs this app

trying to setup 130+ ptacs and app keeps crashing....deleted and reinstalled/cleared cache and still crashing on 2024 Razr

Works once it's connected although not terribly intuitive. But the bigger complaint is that every time your Bluetooth disconnects from the unit (if you leave your home,for instance), you have to take off the cover, unscrew the splash guard and reset the PTAC unit's Bluetooth so it will connect. Might be more an issue with the PTAC units than the app. But fairly terrible design probably intended to get you to buy the $200 Bluetooth controller.

app keeps closing when trying to connect to a unit.

Poor workability with Android and I guess I'm not the only one. When attempting to pair phone to PTAC it does so fairly well but it doesn't always load the information and so you have no control and for a unit that comes with out an onboard User interface this is absurd.

Bluetooth on my phone app doesn't stay connected to the PTAC unit. I have to keep opening up the unit to pair with my phone.

App doesn't work well with android phones. It sees the PTAC, however it will not connect to the PTAC. An iPhone will connect instantly though.
