It works excellent with exact or similar words, but usually people write in sentences and the app doesn't detect whether the word is in the sentence. I've tried all the alternatives but none have helped me solve the problem. Otherwise, it's a great tool. Solution: In case the word to be answered is "problem", just write it like this: (.*problem.*) without the parentheses, then choose the option: " Expert Pattern Matching".

Its pretty much powerful, saved tons of time and energy to handles the chats back and FORTH, with simple automation rules. ATTENTION: Some peoples are not that tech savvy to find ways to all the settings when the autoresponder rules are not working as expected, even with the guides to fix it. As the solutions the app is providing, once user downloaded the app all the vital settings will be automatically applied to the phone and app. That way, even the novice can love it much more.

I have been using this app for several years for different purposes/busineses. It works 100% and the options are endless. It is very easy to use and the examples given are enough to give you more sophisticated options. It is also very easy to export/import for example from Excell or others , if you want to manage a large database. No ads. Lastly and probably most importantly, the developer answers questions or will assist. It is absolutely worth it.

Exactly what it says on the hypothetical tin, not the most clear on how to use but easy enough to get the hang of. Be aware a few more complicated features (such as sending multiple replies to the same message) are locked and you have to pay extra to get. The price for premium is quite high, but understandable given its free and has very few adds (one after confirming every rule, can be skipped after 5 seconds). Overall, very happy with it, would recommend.

The free version of this App was giving me problem. I thought upgrading could solve my problems since I was desperate. I upgraded but it never worked. The second day in the trial period, I decided to unsubscribe but the button seemed to have been deactivated so I was helpless. After sending them email, it was all talk, so I uninstalled. Now they want me to pay for what I didn't use. Sending message of decline payment is really useless. You can't play smart on me.
