Like the new mobile ticket options didn't like the fact I needed to call Traveline to find which button to tap to order my regular weekly bus ticket! 🤭🤣 Made a bit of a fool of myself calling to work out with the very helpful operator to work out my error. Had a good laugh when I realised my mistake. 🤣 I hope the mobile ticket tests are positive, I look forward to utilising a weekly/28 day pass in the future! It'll hopefully save plastic waste on new cards. 🤞👍

The QR code provided when you buy SY connect bus+tram tickets never seems to work on first buses sometimes leading to drivers questioning the validity of the ticket. Please sort it out.

Absolute pointless app, only can be used to purchase a pass, can't use the app on the buses, why bother?

This app failed to process a few attempts to buy a pass but it took the money into my pending transactions. Tried calling helpline that only went to voicemail and sent emails but neither responded till 5 working days later. I needed the over £100 for other bills, this needs fixing in a big way. I'm going back to the old service, I never had issues with that.

A few issues, the app doesn't appear to be linked to the Travelmaster account I registered, I had to create another account to use the app. But I already have a MyTSY account that also doesn't appear to be linked to either of those accounts. So I've now got 3 accounts to manage a single travel card... Other issue is that it's limited to Travelmaster products. I buy the 28 day tram only pass at the interchange but it's not available to buy or even check on the app... Not very unified...

Good app, welcome pay & go in same place.nBe useful to clarify how expiry is working. Appears to show a different expiry date than shown in the old TM download app. E.g. for 7 day SYConnect+ bought on the morning of 27/3/24 - the new app shows expiry as 3/4/24 4.30- the old download/inspect show expiry as 2/4/24. This may be a policy nicety? Useful to be confident on the complete days included; 4.30 is 'generous' but the date could be slightly confusing. Looks good though otherwise. Thanks!

Useless for buying tickets over £85 as it doesn't use 3DS security so banks decline payment. Contacted customer service and Ryan replied 5 days later blaming my bank and try a different card. Both my banks decline payments over £85 without the additional security (3DS) he also wrote try adding your card to Google pay, there isn't even an option to pay with Google pay.
