Horrible experience. They block you almost immediately if somehow their all didn't charge you the full amount due to clear issues with the development. After I paid the small debet they never unblocked me. I called them and for weeks they said they are looking into it. Another time, driver never arrived, I got changed still and when I disputed it theor agent was rude, lied and never refunded me. The worst app experience ran by cowboys

There were no cars available, I opted not to wait, close the app and forget. After 20-30 mins a got a call by a driver only 1 min. Before his arrival, I told that order isn't relevant and after that I've been charged 80 uah ($2) that is 50% of the ride price. Manager told that I have to cancel the rearch process manually, that is weird, because I havent had a chance to know that driver can accept the ordering 15min (limit time, as manager said). At least the driver could call me. Fraud!

Ads. In the app that provides a commercial service. Ads, that leave ridiculously small space for a map after the order is accepted. What a shameless and thoughtless greed.

Changes address when manually typed in. Can wait hours for taxis to answer . Not user-friendly when speaking English. Taxis sometime arrive at wrong location. A 5 minute wait can take 20 plus .

When I launched app for the first time and have not used any functions, I already got the offer to send the feedback. I don't like it. With the latest update, there appeared ads that take up too much space on the main screen - it became less convenient to use the application!

Map is from Minecraft? You can't know exact places on the map! Ads and lags made it worse. Yandex all the way!

It used to be my favorite app to use for taxi: nice price, quick and precise location, good services. But for some reason cars are not being found for my account anymore for two months already!!! I've reinstalled the app, contacted support to know if my account was blocked or something to no avail. They just ignore me... If the app works as expected, that's fine. But should there appear any problems, don't even think you'll be helped. I'm very disappointed ☹️

to explain further more my previous feedback the maps are only working in city, if you're going a little further to city suburbs the map is dead, it cannot locate the address you want to go to, and it's been happening for a while... no such issues on Uber or Bolt maps, they are more friendly to Gmaps routes alike. And I'm not the only one who confirms that. No matter what, as much as I like your service but the maps either navigation is killing it.
