Terrible service.I called them to repair my Sony Tv. The screen was flickering. The personal who came send the video of my TVs current status to workshop. Then told me approx 4000 taka will be charged and they will surely fix it. later after a day repairman called from workshop and told me it can't be fixed and need to change panel. Cost will be 24k plus. I immediately refuse to fix and told them to sent TV back. Then they charged me with 1100 taka for inspection and transportation!

I took the service for Gas Burner repair. But the service man is a scammer...He took excessive price for the components which I don't have any idea. later on I checked the price online and I became astonished how much excess price he took from me. Not a trustworthy site and service. No quality control!!!!

I don't have any complaint about the service. However, since I used their service once, I keep getting numerous calls (Tele Marketing) from Sheba for other services they offer; also unwanted pop-up Ads from the App every now and then (doesn't give any option to stop notification inside the App). I literally feel like I subscribed for spamming after using their service.

Sheba giving us extremely bad services as we took a cleaning service for cost 4800/-. they are not following the terms and conditions of the service. When we asked him to clean the dining sink they argued as it can not be done but in their service package it wasn't in the excluded list. we also took the service for cleaning windows and they are not properly cleaning. still we are in the place where they are providing the service. Mr. Shabuj, their supervisor is not Cooperative. very bad service

They have no control over who comes at our home to provide service. They are not answering my calls after I complained about sneaking in a stranger in my house. They couldn't provide the details of the person who came to my house. Because of them a completely traceless person came to my house. Unprofessional and Unsafe. Serious Security Issue. A company ran by criminals.

Loved their behavior, politeness and discounts. Their AC services are great according to the prices but sometimes the staff can make minor mistakes such as tearing off the sponge filter from the filter net (they can be glued back on), and once a service provider manually shut the swing bars when it was clearly written there not to do so - resulting in them not working at times.

Their incessant calls every 1-2 weeks about promotional services are nothing short of annoying. In this digital age, one would expect them to use a more non-intrusive method of communication, like text messages. Instead, they seem to be stuck in the past, resorting to calls that disrupt my day and leave me frustrated. I signed up for their services, not for a bi-weekly reminder of their latest offers. A little consideration for the customer's time and peace would be appreciated.
