The latest version has bugs, its version 5.7.2.303. It says my phone is rooted, but i have never been rooted. Then i installed the previous version, and everything is working fine. Plz look into this.

Dear TAMM team, am getting error message saying "Can not be application on rooted device", what does it mean? i have uninstalled and installed 3 times. Till last evening it was working fine on the same mobile handset. kindly advice.

App is not working after your update. Says does not work on rooted phone. My phone never been rooted and always updated originally from Samsung. My phone Samsung ultra 24

Sony phones need a push update, the app gives the messages that it can't be run on rooted devices, although my phone is not rooted. I can't open the app at all

After the latest update unable to open the app. Getting error "Cannot run application on rooted devices". And my decice is not rooted. Updated on 29-09-2024, Uninstall and reinstall is also not working.

Last update crushed the app. I raported the error and after few days I got email reply to install the news app version from store - of course the issue is not fixed.

App won't start all of a sudden. Says "Can't use this app on rooted devices" I have a brand new S24 Ultra not rooted neither developer options have been enabled.
