authentication not working properly 99% of a time. it is required to reinstall the app to login. why a fingerprint cannot be used to login? it also often crashes and stopping work right when you need it to work... UAE pass auth is not working as well.

Somehow gets worse with every update, super slow, the UI is quite terrible, I keep getting updates to renew my tenecy contract, even though I've updated the document 3 times(the document that was approved/signed by provis in the first place) I thought the website might be more helpful, but it's just as bad, the app is just a web app based off the website, which is almost as bad. I can recommend an app developer if needed

Very bad app and point of contact Anisia everytime I report an issue with the app keeps telling me to delete the app and reinstall again and for the past two years I did this almost more than 29 times and now app is not working properly and it keeps circles on and on but never stop so I have been told again to delete the app and reinstall but sorry I am not going to do it again, you should fix the issues at your side, what a bad service!!

This app is terribly faulty, big after bug never works, gets me through UAE pass and says sessions expired need to log in again. Never works, never ending circle, and es, I have updated, deleted and re download this app like 20 times and never works. For the only thing this works is to send notifications asking if I'm still residing... Nevertheless I cant update contract or anything. Useless.

The app is simply unusable. It simply wouldn't open. I tried to install it again and now I can't even log in as the reset password link never gets sent....Also it's ridiculous that I need to book to use the gym. So if the app is not working I lose my right to use the facilities? I pay a lot of money to live in this community and that's mostly because of the facilities. Please review this rule. All residents have access cards. That should be enough!

I don't know why there's no zero star, or an slap rating! This app is so ridiculous that it doesn't allow me to login!!! I've been living in an apartment managed by Provis since 3+ years, and until this moment the application wasn't fixed. Very very bad service..

Worst app in all respects. It takes a miracle to register and activate this thing. God forbid you move and have to re-register. It will torture you endlessly and require multiple calls to customer service to get it going. "You're not a tenant, enter a valid email, bla bla bla" A million excuses not to log you in. Reset password? Sure, we'll send it to your email on file. Click the link and reset? Successful. Try to log in? We don't know you or your email, so there! Provis's usual monstrosity.
