It takes the whole time and frustrating to increase your limit , how can a quarterly limits of a bank be 3000$ and to increase it takes weeks with all kinds of documents demanded . Payslip needed with bank statement showing payments , what about self employed people who don't have payslips or source of income from inheritance? The bank should revise their terms to increase limit and understand the limit is too low for quarterly transactions . They would have had 5 stars with no issues

App is very buggy. Supposedly it is used for video identification, but agents are not ewuoped with good enough equippent. Their have bad microphones which make much noise and can not hear what you are saying, hence failing your identification all the time. Autochat support gives you some button options to proceed but they do not work. The app does not recognize headphones and instead plays all it's sounds on full blast. This gives a very bad intuition getting started with a supposed broker

I've never seen a banking support so lazy and inconsistent... When you have any issues or requests they'll keep sending new people after hours/days to join the chat then the new person's wouldn't take time to catch up with the issue at hand they'll start asking you old questions you've already answered, it's 100% frustrating contacting Dukascopy support for anything especially limit increase aside that I love the app

I had to factory reset my phone, and now I can't get into my account because the newest version adds a "9" after my country code, so it logs into a new account and not the one I already have. So I always have to log in on my PC through an SMS code. Yes, I requested a phone number change on the website to fix this, but it's been a week and I'm still waiting for approval.

Good service.... But I am having tough time using the app as it cannot be minimized. If I want to send money, and I minimize inorder to copy the recipient info I will have to start from the beginning. I have several information required to copy 😞

If it's possible to give zero, that's what you deserve. I deposited $1 into my account the last time I used it and you requested I give the reason I used multiple cards on your Platform which I did and since then you've placed my account on restriction. I can't use it for anything. I request you take your account, delete my information from your system and wipe my details completely please. Thank you

The App is so slowly, and too much options are not clear enough, it takes time when starts to open the App, many times close the app by itself and ask you to set the password again. It takes time to complete the process
