I was irritated at the circles I went in, trying to cancel. This kind of looping seemed really counter to their brand and services. Spoke w customer lead, they are aware of the issues I was having, and they explained where they were in updating features on apps and web. The product is good. But the user experience needs a bit more work (that they are working on). I hope it's in better shape when I return.

Doesn't work for Alias phone numbers . Before letting me generate alias phone numbers, the app insists on sending a verification code to an existing number. After entering my number, it says there was an error to try again later. This has been going on for almost a week, the entirety of my trial. Unfortunately, I can't justify paying money for something that doesn't work

This service is not user friendly. I have not been able to log into my account to perform any of the services even after reaching out to customer service and establishing another password. I have tried access through the app on my phone as well as the desktop. The whole experience has been fishy and I hope this is truly a legitimate app. Trying to get a refund.

Software is completely hard to follow & customer service is terrible. I checked it out. Didn't want it canceled right away. Heard back from someone trying to sell me a better deal for 3 months. Told them that it's not what I wanted or needed & please keep it canceled & credit me back & since then I've been charged three times after multiple emails with no response & I can't log back into my account because they were supposed to cancel it. now it's not even still an account but being charged

I'm not very savvy with computers or any digital technology. I've been using Cloaked for a month on my mobile phone, I'm still trying to complete the setup process. It's not bc of the app, it's bc I'm reading or searching for the what the whys, and the meaning. I know that so far from the results I see thus far, I'm really happy with the results. By tomorrow I will be able to search call and text without anything or anyone knowing who it is or being able to find me unless I want you to. Thanks

Personally, I don't want this app for all it offers but just to rid my info from the internet and it did just that, can't find me anywhere. So for that, I love it. The only confusing part is I ordered this for 2 people and there are no instructions on how to get that second person involved, do they also have to download the app because I don't see add an additional person. Other than that, I love it. I'll wait for instructions.

I started using this service as a means to protect my Privacy from scammers, Over reaching corporations, bad actors, and cyber stalkers. Its been quite a blast to play around with the tool set they gave me to protect myself. I would like to thank, Mr. John for helping me out trying to get my account issues resolved. Without him, I wouldn't have been able to subscribe to their service, but... There's a new issue, I can't create any new phone numbers because I'm not a subscriber? Which I am.

ABSOLUTLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This Program is a TOTAL waste of money. I got locked out of my account within 30 days of purchasing the program and after some 10 emails with little or NO response I am still locked out and $95.00 out of pocket. DONT EVEN CONSUDER THIS PROGRAM there are better ones WITH customer service. UPDATE : Seems the review originally posted got someone's attention. Email with reset instructions, plus a 50% credit was issued. So back into the program again. 1star to 3 stars
