PROS -It's all-in-one layout is nice and easy to use. I like the new geo fencing and that each delivery is just one task. The portal is nice. Overall, functionality seems to work well. CONS - I REALLY MISS THE OFF DUTY FEATURE!! You can no longer go "offline" at specific restaurants to get regular customers and jobs!! Now it's AI free-for-all. Can't see set up photos once uploaded, more notification sound options. A detailed "item list" on pick up would be great . FIX these and it's perfect!!

I downloaded the new app and its not working . When u go to the portal it's to big you can't see the save button when you go on delivery location where you ping how far your willing to go in your area also you don't see how much money you're willing to go out of the zone to pickup a delivery . (The little bar you mark $40.00 -$80.00) . If they may size it down a little .it would be cool . Also when you go to settings the availability button doesn't stay on . It doesn't allow me to sign in once I

So far the app is ok. What I liked better about the old app is the option to save my battery by turning to off duty. I also liked the way I could scroll through my weekly earnings with graphs, the new app requires actual dates and lacks displayed graphs. Lastly, I've not been able to locate an order history tab as is in the previous app. I know this app is new, so I hope to see optimal updates as we go along.

My only negative on the new app so far... the bright neon lime green/ white lettering contrast. You can barely see any white lettering on the green. Need a dark mode asap. I do have a second negative. The time between pickup and delivery. 30 minutes is way too long when the delivery point is 5 or 10 minutes away.

Used to receive orders almost every day. Since downloading new app, not receiving any orders for 9 days! Tried to email them and only thing I got from them is to increase delivery area, which is over 100 square miles! Ridiculous. Not sure what is worse, app or help that you are getting from their driver support.

So far I like the new app.. But I wish it had the option to be off duty and not constantly draining my battery and tracking my location. That's one thing I liked about the old one... you had am on duty button...bring it back and this will be perfect. I'm glad the open order board is finally in the driver application

It's a clumbsy start for the new dlivrd app and I'm excited to get the first update as soon as it's available. I'm giving it a very high 4 stars because I like the work they provide and I have high hopes they will help me buy a home someday. Just hope they figure out a way for restaurants to stop adjusting the tip amount the driver receives and let us get paid properly.

I used to get orders daily. I haven't had a single one since the new app came out. I've attempted to get orders from the opportunity board, but they never send. I contacted customer support, but they were less than helpful. Extremely disappointed.
