The app works great unless you need help. ,Will not return multiple emails, or messages left on the app regarding billing. They have an option to return your call in the order it was received, nope...days later,not yet. If you call and hold.... you will be there until next Christmas!

I like being able to access all my health care info in one place. The app can be kind of hard to navigate. For instance my pcp wants a copy of a test I had done and I cannot find a way to text, email, or print a hard copy of the test results and since my pcp is not part of piedmont, she can't see the results.

I am a senior citizen and I love how easy it is to use this app. The home page provides good visual icons that link you to a patient's information and other Piedmont resources. The only problem I have if sometimes getting to the previous page but overall it is a very user-friendly app.

I enjoy using the Piedmont Now app to do lots of basic functions yourself and not having to talk with someone to make an appointment or review test results or send a message to your doctor, etc. It also allows me to merge my medical information from another hospital into this one app so everything is in one place. It's really a great tool to have & use!

Used to work great now it crashes every time I go to the calendar to see appointments. I've missed a few because I couldn't see what was scheduled. Every other feature seems to work as intended. Please fix the calendar section.

Confusing at times regarding terms used tbat I am not familar with and the programs that were jusr upgrated turn my computer screen parralle and I can not use the neumeric portion. Sometimes it will return to perpendecular and most of the time it won't, Realy flustrating, especialy to some one 79 years old.

When I originally downloaded the app I found it very helpful keeping up with my son's appointments and progress being able to see the therapists' notes. He was discharged but came back a month later and now I do not see his current visit details. I am not able to stay at the facility his entire stay and rely on the app for his schedule and progress. I was informed the current visit should have automatically started in the account but hasn't. If this gets fixed, I will gladly to change my rating.

I had trouble navigating new app for first time when very sick. New MyChart is terrible when ads appear. Does Piedmont really need to run ads for products? I ended up sending message to wrong provider by mistake, gave up and went to Pickens Urgent Care. My PCP's office called the next day saying got message from other provider and needed to make appt. to be seen. There is some very good information for patients but will try it when recovered.
