It is more than a week that I can not register in the app via phone number because it shows just a failure error without any explanation.

I'm absolutely not satisfied with the user experience. Easy to fix features: please show before buying a ticket when the end time is. Also doesn't inform you that the time for buying a ticket has ended in the zone. Or when I select "Now" that it doesn't jump to the next quarter after buying a ticket. It also crashes buy looking at the history of tickets.

Last few months, whenever I want to book the parking application is stuck on the welcome screen. It only helps when I clean the app cache and restart the mobile phone. Nothing else can help and this is not 100% sure it will helps. My friends have the same issue with different mobile phones. And imagine this happening every time you are in a hurry with the kids - disaster of the application.

Basically it does what it should. The only (but big) problem is the reminder. It always goes off 10-30 minutes after the parking ticket is expired. There are only 2 ways to pay and only one (credit card) is practicable. There should be things like pay pal, prepaid cards from tobacco stores, paysafe card, sofortüberweisung... maybe even crypto.

does malfunction - on top of that the system does not say e.g. @2:00 o'clock in the morning that a booking is not possible (!) this should be an automatic reply. always depending on the "good mood" of the app, sometimes I can't get access to my own account, the system says that my e-mail address is wrong + a wrong password ... hours later when I go via my computer my mail address & the password both are working. in the meanwhile I could not buy a ticket when I needed one urgently.

LATER EDIT: Changed to 3 stars because after uninstall and install the app now works. will later change to more stars if it behaves properly the app simply does not load. it is stuck in the loading screen. also it does not book from credit card, rather from funds that you topup. so now i have money blocked in an app that doesnt work and also unable to park.

Nice app easy to use. It does its job. Suggestions for improvements: Fix the parking expiry notifications. I wanna get notified 10 minutes before it expires. Instead, it rings at midnight when the server refreshes or at random hours.

it doesn't work most of the time. When you try to choose a diffrent numberplate and press to start, sometimes it changes to some other numberplate. you need to be careful, if you use more than one numberplate in this app. Once you booked the ticket, there is no way back and the money is lost.
